Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN supervision.

You will gather vitals, assist with treatment setup and monitoring, and ensure safety and quality in care delivery. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, adhere to state and company policies, and participate in ongoing staff education and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with dialysis treatment.
• Support safety, machine readiness, cleaning, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with RN/Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team on patient assessment and care planning.
