Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering care and delegated dialysis treatments under the supervision of an RN or CN.

You’ll assist with patient stats, initiate and monitor treatment, collect samples, prepare machines, and ensure safety and quality through proper logging and adherence to policies.

This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Prepare machines, monitor treatments, and log quality checks.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training and meetings.
