US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team in Crownpoint, NM. You will work under RNs and Charge Nurses to provide safe, compassionate patient care and support dialysis treatments.

You will perform duties including preparing machines, monitoring patients, and handling samples per physician orders, while adhering to safety, infection control, and company policies. Training is provided and certifications are encouraged.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Patient care: provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Technician duties: prepare machines, clean and disinfect, log quality checks.
• Safety and quality: use PPE, follow policies and state/federal regulations.
