U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis care under a nurse’s supervision. You will assist with vital signs, treatment initiation, monitoring, and blood collection per physician orders.

The role emphasizes safety, machine upkeep, and adherence to company policies, while offering opportunities for growth and development within a nationally recognized provider.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Patient care: provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Safety & Quality: prepare machines, disinfect, perform safety checks, follow protocols.
• Partnership: work under supervision of a Charge Nurse and participate in meetings and training.
