Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis teams in Las Cruces, NM.

You will work under a nurse to support patient care during hemodialysis, monitor vitals, and assist with treatment setup and operations. This role emphasizes safety, adherence to protocols, and collaboration with clinicians. We value growth and offer development opportunities within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis, including vitals and treatment steps under supervision.
• Ensure safety and quality by preparing machines, cleaning and disinfecting, and logging quality checks.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in required staff meetings and training.
