U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team and support dialysis patients under RN supervision. You will perform direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatment according to physician orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Prior healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care with safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and vitals collection.
• Prepare machines, monitor during treatment, and log quality checks.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team under supervision and follow policies and laws.
