Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will work under supervision to deliver patient-centered care, monitor treatment and assist with blood collection as ordered by physicians.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team to support patient needs and ensure regulatory compliance. Prior dialysis or CNA experience is a plus, and CPR training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment, monitor vitals, collect samples under physician orders.
• Safety & Quality: prepare machines, clean and disinfect, perform safety checks per protocols.
• Partnership: work with interdisciplinary team under a Charge Nurse, follow policies and participate in meetings.
