Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team. You will assist with dialysis treatment, monitor patients, and support care planning under the supervision of Nursing staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a desire to work in healthcare; prior dialysis or CNA experience is a plus. Training and benefits are provided to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment and collect patient samples per physician orders.
• Prepare machines, disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks in compliance with protocols and safety measures.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings under supervision of a Charge Nurse, adhering to policies and regulations.
