U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering safe dialysis care under RN supervision. You will handle patient prep, monitor treatment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR within 90 days, and PCT certification within 18 months. Healthcare experience is a plus. Benefits are provided for full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis and disinfect after treatment; perform safety checks.
• Assist in patient assessment and care planning under supervision.
• Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
