U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis teams. You will work under RN/Charge Nurse and deliver treatment, monitor patients, and collect samples according to physician orders.

You'll participate in safety checks, machine prep and cleaning, and adhere to policies and state/federal regulations. A healthcare passion and willingness to grow in a patient-centered environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care and monitor patient vital signs.
• Prepare, operate and clean dialysis machines; perform safety checks per protocol.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in required training and meetings.
