Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis care. As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and help with cannulation and machine setup.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient interactions and teamwork within IRC's values. A high school diploma and active certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification or state-approved equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record stats and treatment data.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Observe patients and respond to changes during dialysis.
• Develop relationships with patients and provide compassionate care.
