Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and help set up the hemodialysis machine.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to care for others, and current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification, plus BLS/CPR and dialysis experience. IRC offers competitive benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for people and comfort around blood and needles.
• Current BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state certification.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Dialysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital statistics.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machine.
• Provide patient observations and safety monitoring.
