Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, comfort around blood and needles, current BLS/CPR, and certifications from BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certs for experienced PCTs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record stats.
• Measure and record patient vitals and dialysis stats.
• Initiate cannulation when appropriate and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient observations and ensure comfort and safety during treatment.
