Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

The role requires a High School Diploma, comfort around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR as well as state or national PCT certifications such as BONENT/NNCC/NNCO. IRC offers a value-driven team environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state certification.
• Experienced PCTs must have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vitals and treatment stats.
• Initiate cannulation and patient observations.
• Set up hemodialysis machines and monitor patient condition.
