Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) seeks Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis, monitor vitals, assist with cannulation, and ensure safe machine setup. You will build trust with patients and contribute to high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, current BLS/CPR, and PCT certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved). IRC offers strong benefits and growth opportunities in Colorado.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Measure and record vital statistics during treatment.
Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
Provide patient observations and respond to changing conditions.
Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation of dialysis machines.
