Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients before, during, and after dialysis with high-quality care. You will monitor stats, assist with cannulation, observe patients, and help with machine setup, delivering compassionate care throughout treatment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, comfort around blood/needles, and current BLS/CPR. PCTs with BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification are preferred. IRC offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
