Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis care. You will monitor patients, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup in a hands-on clinical environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with blood/needles, and current BLS/CPR. Experienced PCTs should have BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state‑approved certs. IRC offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experienced PCTs must hold BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state approved certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record patient stats during dialysis sessions.
• Initiate cannulation and set up the hemodialysis machine.
• Provide high‑quality patient care and build relationships with patients.
