Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients across dialysis sessions. You will monitor patients, measure stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up hemodialysis equipment while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, a compassionate approach to care, and active BLS/CPR certification. Certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state equivalents) is expected for experienced PCTs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and support throughout treatment.
