Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients through pre-, during, and post-treatment care. You will monitor patient stats, assist with cannulation, observe patients, and help set up hemodialysis machines.

The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to care for people, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs must hold BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO accreditation (or state-approved equivalent). IRC offers strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state-approved certification for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment; measure and record stats.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure patient comfort and safety.
