Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients undergoing dialysis in a team-based setting. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, assist with cannulation and machine setup, and maintain patient safety and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma, current BLS/CPR, and state or national PCT certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved equivalent.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats; initiate cannulation and machine setup.
• Provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with the dialysis team.
