Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis, monitoring vitals, cannulation prep, and machine setup in our U.S. clinics.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, current BLS/CPR, and dialysis experience; certification such as BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved credentials preferred. Benefits include 401(k) match and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified PCT with BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Dialysis experience.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis.
• Record stats and monitor patient vitals and observations.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout treatment.
