Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients. The role includes monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis, and assisting with cannulation and machine setup.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification or state-approved credentials, plus BLS/CPR certification. IRC offers a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats for patients receiving dialysis.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure safety throughout treatment.
