Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to monitor and support patients with ESRD before, during and after dialysis. You will assist with cannulation, machine setup and patient observations, ensuring comfort and safety during treatment.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold current BLS/CPR certification. Certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state-approved body is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people; comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification if applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and operate hemodialysis machine setup.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and improve quality of life.
