Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup. A caring demeanor and comfort around blood and needles are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approved.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats during treatment.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure safety throughout the dialysis session.
