Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through all dialysis phases. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma, comfort with blood/needles, and current PCT-related certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved) with a BLS/CPR certification. IRC offers strong benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Current certification: BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vitals and stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Perform patient observations and respond to changes in condition.
• Support everyday operations of dialysis treatment.
