Job summary

US Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to support clinical and operational processes in a busy dialysis clinic. You will coordinate staffing, ensure timely patient acceptance, and help maintain accurate documentation and billing-ready run sheets.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and strong leadership and computer skills to support quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and staffing levels.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets are sent to billing.
• Collaborate with Administrator to maintain patient records and documentation.
• Participate in QA and compliance activities and staff education.
