Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage the dialysis clinic operations and patient care.

You will partner with the Administrator, Medical Director, and staff to coordinate clinical activities, ensure compliance, and drive quality outcomes. The role requires an RN licensed in the state, dialysis nursing experience, CPR within 90 days, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Assist with planning/coordinating patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.
• Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Responsible for updating all logs and ensuring dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
