Qualifications

• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English and use standard software tools.
• Must meet state requirements; RN licensure and appropriate RN supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop growth programs and coordinate patient scheduling with staffing.
• Lead quality improvement and ESRD network reporting; drive targets.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals and vendors.
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel; manage performance and records.
• Ensure staff qualifications and a safe, compliant environment.
