Job summary

US Renal Care in Easley, SC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic. The role requires leading in the Administrator's absence and maintaining quality patient care.

You will schedule patients, monitor staffing, update logs and run sheets, and ensure compliance with regulations. A current RN license and dialysis experience are essential, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months in dialysis care.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic operations and assist with management in the absence of the Administrator.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure timely patient acceptance and effective staffing.
• Update dialysis run sheets and logs and forward to billing.
• Perform duties to meet patient care and operational needs of the clinic.
• Promote quality management and compliance with regulations through staff education.
