Job summary

US Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator - RN Chronic In-center to oversee clinical operations and patient care at our Houston region clinic. The RN will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, ensure logs and dialysis run sheets are sent to billing, and support quality initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage clinical and operational tasks to minimize hospitalizations and ensure timely treatments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Assist with planning and coordinating patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance and staffing.
• Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Update all logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Meet patient care and operational needs of the clinic as required.
