Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in the management and operation of a dialysis clinic. You will act as the leader in the Administrator's absence, coordinating patient care, staff scheduling, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, updating records, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe patient environment. RN licensure and dialysis nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical software within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain logs and run sheets; ensure data is sent to billing.
• Support quality and patient care initiatives with staff and leadership.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
