Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Oakland, CA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of the dialysis clinic. This role supports the Administrator in maintaining smooth daily functions and ensuring quality patient care.

You will coordinate patient scheduling, oversee staff, monitor compliance, and participate in training and quality initiatives; RN background, leadership, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• Strong English language communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office and USRC applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance and adequate staffing.
• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Participate in quality initiatives and program outcomes with staff and patients.
• Assist with meetings and documentation as delegated by Administrator.
