U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator - Acute (Finance) to support clinical and operational processes, improve patient outcomes, and ensure accurate documentation and coordination with billing.

The role emphasizes leadership in a busy dialysis clinic and requires RN licensure and dialysis experience. The coordinator will assist with patient scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory standards while partnering with administrators and physicians to meet

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing care experience, including dialysis care.
• CPR certified within 90 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in English language, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with USRC systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to reduce hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely admissions and staffing.
• Manage supplies and staff labor hours efficiently.
• Maintain dialysis run sheets and logs; coordinate with billing.
• Participate in meetings and support quality improvement activities.
• Ensure safe, compliant clinic operations and readiness for surveys.
