Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator for the Kingwood, TX clinic. You will assist in managing clinic operations, coordinate patient scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation and billing. The role requires RN licensure and prior dialysis experience.

Join a team focused on quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative leadership. The coordinator may take on Charge Nurse duties and support continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state, in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months dialysis care.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgement in new/emergent situations.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with USRC clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely admissions and appropriate staffing.
• Update logs and ensure run sheets and billing are submitted.
• Support quality program goals and participate in meetings as delegated.
• May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities; may serve as Alternate CEO as delegated.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and prepare required records.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff to promote guest service standards.
