Job summary

US Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinic operations and support administration. The role emphasizes leading nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. A bonus program is available and CPR is required within 90 days of hire.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in good standing, 12 months nursing experience with at least 3 months in dialysis, and strong computer skills to navigate clinical software.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the clinic; assume responsibility in the Administrator's absence.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing.
• Update dialysis run sheets and logs and ensure documentation is sent to billing.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and be a resource in staff education and training.
