Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care for ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure vital stats, initiate cannulation, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup, ensuring safety and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and current BLS/CPR certification, with experienced PCTs needing BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
