Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients in dialysis sessions. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats and observations.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
