Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients with dialysis care. The role involves monitoring patients before, during and after treatment, recording vital stats, and assisting with cannulation and machine setup.

The candidate will have a high school diploma, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold current BLS/CPR certification along with nephrology-specific credentials where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification where applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients.
• Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats; set up hemodialysis machines.
• Initiate cannulation and observe patient status during treatment.
