Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to monitor and support patients undergoing dialysis for ESRD. You will measure stats, assist with cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines. A compassionate approach and the ability to work around blood and needles are essential.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, current BLS/CPR, and PCT certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state equivalent). Benefits include competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record stats.
• Initiate cannulation.
• Perform patient observations.
• Set up hemodialysis machines.
