Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality patient care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, perform cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to care for patients around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification along with relevant PCT certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and patient observations.
• Set up hemodialysis machines.
