Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure vital signs, and assist with cannulation and machine setup in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Candidates with a High School diploma and current BLS/CPR certification, plus PCT certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO), are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats during treatment.
• Initiate cannulation.
• Perform patient observations.
• Set up hemodialysis machines.
