Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for dialysis patients during treatment.
• Assess, document, and adjust care plans based on patient data pre, during, and post-dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Lead and supervise staff as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge.
• Ensure proper lab collection and processing; document assessments and care plans.
