Job summary

Meridian Bioscience International Limited is seeking an Inside Sales professional to sell diagnostic products to laboratories by phone, emails, and other channels. You will support growth targets, manage a defined territory, and develop a strong funnel for future field roles within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

College degree in a business, marketing and or science related field required.
Med Tech experience preferred (other laboratory or medical experience will be considered).
Candidates with 2-4 years Inside Sales/Sales experience, and/or laboratory tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell technical diagnostic products to laboratories via telephone.
Develop leads and referrals.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors.
Maximize daily sales calls as directed by management.
Learn and utilize Meridian sales model and funnel forecasting.
Develop relationships with distribution partners to qualify leads and close deals.
Use CRM to maintain customer/territory data per policy.
