Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Detroit, MI seeks a field-based Account Executive to sell diagnostic imaging products to hospitals and imaging centers. You will be the primary contact for customers evaluating acquisitions, in a highly competitive, team-selling environment.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with clinical and administrative leaders, preparing proposals, meeting planning, and achieving territory objectives. Strong quotas experience and forecasting skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience selling imaging capital equipment into hospitals.
• Consultative approach to customer with experience developing and closing large contracts.
• Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles and meeting quotas.
• Must have experience with quotas and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with key clinical leaders and administrative officers.
• Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities.
• Achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
• Guiding development and execution of strategic account plans to meet goals.
• Developing and cultivating long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
• Communicating market intelligence to decision makers.
• Assisting management with sales plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Leading territory reviews and updating account plans.
