The ideal candidate will bring proven federal business development experience and the ability to shape and win multi-year DHS programs while coordinating with internal teams for proposals, teaming, and delivery support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting DHS accounts and missions.
• Strong understanding of DHS priorities and acquisition processes.
• Experience in federal IT, staffing, cybersecurity, cloud, or mission support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead DHS account growth and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with DHS clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and support capture of new federal opportunities.
• Work with internal teams on strategy, proposals, teaming, and delivery support.
• Provide market insight and help expand the DHS pipeline.
