goTenna, Inc. is seeking a Growth Lead for the Department of Homeland Security to drive strategy and execution, expanding our footprint within DHS components and transforming mission needs into funded programs and revenue.

You will influence requirements, navigate budgeting and acquisition processes, and lead customer, partner, and cross-functional engagement to secure near-term wins and position for larger opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy within DHS or homeland security market (7+ years).
• Ability to articulate a strategic vision and execute with discipline, creativity, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies across DHS, identifying opportunities and shaping messaging.
• Lead capture and opportunity pursuit, building capture plans to win new work.
• Build trusted DHS relationships with stakeholders and manage accounts with a consultative approach.
• Navigate budgeting and procurement processes to map funding and acquisition pathways.
