The ideal candidate will bring proven federal business development experience and the ability to shape and win multi-year DHS programs while coordinating with internal teams for proposals, teaming, and delivery support.

The ideal candidate will have strong DHS relationships, proven federal business development experience, and the ability to identify, shape, capture, and grow strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead DHS account growth and business development efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with DHS clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Identify and support capture of new federal opportunities.

Work with internal teams on strategy, proposals, teaming, and delivery support.

Provide market insight and help expand the DHS pipeline.

Preferred Experience:

Proven experience supporting DHS accounts.

Strong understanding of DHS missions, priorities, and acquisition processes.

Experience in federal IT, staffing, cybersecurity, cloud, or mission support services.

Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
