Job summary

Henry North is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Dallas–Fort Worth market, selling material handling and warehouse solutions. This field-based role focuses on new business development and managing a book of accounts in a relaxed, performance-driven environment.

You will develop the DFW territory, sell forklifts and warehouse equipment, assess customer needs, and build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in industrial or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in the field independently.
• Ability to learn technical products and apply them to customer needs.
• Consultative sales approach with a focus on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory across the DFW area with new business and account growth.
• Sell forklifts, floor care equipment, pallet racking, and warehouse solutions.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Prospect, cold call, and follow up to maintain pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share leads for automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
