Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Dallas/Ft Worth region, driving sales growth and delivering on regional, zone, and national targets. You will build deep customer relationships across end users and high-level stakeholders and report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager.

Your success will require strong consultative selling, field mobility, and the ability to travel up to 25% while handling a mix of commercial and light industrial finishes within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing sales and meeting targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of the collision shop/auto refinishing market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth and targets while managing costs and expenses.
• Develop deep understanding of end customer requirements and PPG strategy for the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items of PPG Refinish brands through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, training, and receivables.
• Leverage knowledge of body shop/fleet operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with main dealers, Regional MSO, and independent collision centers.
• Collaborate with the team to grow the market and maximize potential.
• Utilize PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate program to optimize travel and vehicle expenses.
