Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Dallas/Ft Worth region's sales and service delivery for PPG Refinish brands. You will build dealer and MSO relationships, analyze market data, and drive targeted growth while meeting regional targets.

The role requires 5+ years of consultative selling, a Bachelor's in business or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years track record in growing sales with consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory; Overnight travel is 25%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for sales growth while managing costs, receivables, and expenses within targets.
• Develop detailed understanding of end customer requirements and the PPG strategy and challenges for the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items of PPG Refinish brands including CPC finishes in the territory through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, people development, training, receivables.
• Demonstrate knowledge of body shop/fleet operations and assist with profitability, cycle time, product training, and analytics.
• Target and develop relationships with main dealers, Regional MSO, and independent collision centers.
• Work in a team to grow the market and maximize potential.
